Haven't touched the noisesome stuff since March. I had a semifreddo for dolce the other night, and enjoyed it, but it was so sweet it nearly knocked me out of my chair. Once you go off for a while you really don't like it much any more.

Peanut butter is much better for you, thankfully, but you probably can't find it over there.

I once tried to make my own low-carb Nutella with hazelnut butter, cocoa powder, Splenda, and some vanilla whey powder, all in a food mixer. I can't remember if I added anything else. It turned out pretty well on the second or third attempt but I also can't remember the proportions I used. If you want to experiment...
