Talking about America, I was actually in Los Angeles on All Saints Day and I went to Mass at the cathedral of Our Lady of All Angels. I had never been to that cathedral before and it actually only opened 6 years ago and, to me, it seemed to be the true symbol of the church in the 21st century.
From a liturgical point of view, pretty much everything you need to know about her... ummmm...point of view.
